Ted Mort – Vice President and Operations Manager, Eco3d – Arizona USA

Ted provides direct oversight for laser scanning and modeling on all projects at Eco3D. He has a background in construction metrology and had the privilege of being one of the original practitioners of laser scanning at Intel Ocotillo.

While leading the Eco 3d team, Ted has been appointed to the USIBD board of directors and chairman for the technology committee. Ted also serves on the BIMForum laser scanning subgroup. He is the founder of the Cornerstone Report and is a contributing author to LidarNews and SPAR Point Group.

His commitment to the healthy growth of our industry is highlighted in his volunteer work through industry nonprofits and as a lecturer at Arizona State University.

Ted lives in Ahwatukee, Arizona with his wife, Jill, and two young children, Ava and Teddy.
