After working with the UN-Habitat/Global Land Tool Network in Nairobi, Kenya in 2015, Rhea Lyn Dealca returned to the Philippines where she believes she can make the greatest impact.

As a geodetic engineer, she has spent more than 10 years working for the government, including being a part of an interagency project that introduced reforms to land administration and management in the Philippines.

Rhea Lyn has also worked as a land tenure consultant for a land governance project supported by the United States Agency for International Development and the Australian Agency for International Development. She is a licensed environmental planner and real estate broker.
